Listening for the Murmur of a Thriving Network

It’s easy to hear the shouts of activity coming from individuals in our network; the big projects, the new promotions, even the occasional public presentation. Yet like any network worthy of the name, we’re bigger than the sum of our parts. The noise we make together is louder than the echo of our shouts. There’s always that murmur in the background – that buzzing, crackling, electric pulse of friends and colleagues hatching plans over a cup of coffee, learning together over a video chat, swapping ideas on a conference call. Every day, this murmur of activity, humming away in the background, brings our network of nearly five hundred Senior Fellows to life.
