India Harville (she/her), Founder of Embraced Body, is an African American disabled, queer, femme, disability justice activist and somatics practitioner. India’s work centers reclaiming the body as an often underestimated pathway to decolonizing ourselves to foster social justice, equity, and inclusion. Her offerings center Disability Justice as a framework and as an embodied praxis for the liberation of those most impacted by oppression, which in turn liberates everyone. India holds a BA in psychology from New College of Florida and a MA in Integrative Health Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
