Jenna Ringelheim

Jenna Ringelheim

Deputy Director

Jenna manages various aspects of ELP's internal operations, programs, and growth strategy. She focuses her time on supporting ELP's staff and organizational culture, as well as ELP's Senior Fellow community through the design and implementation of lifelong learning opportunities and individual coaching and support. Jenna has 15 years of experience working with environmental non-profits in leadership positions, including The Northwest Earth Institute, Wild Gift, The Trust for Public Land, and the Nature Conservancy. Jenna has a Bachelors in Environmental Studies and Anthropology from Skidmore College, a Masters in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University, an MBA in Sustainable Systems from Pinchot University, and a Certificate in HR Management from Portland State's Center for Executive and Professional Education. She is both a Wild Gift Fellow and a Senior Fellow of the Environmental Leadership Program. Jenna resides in Portland, Oregon with her partner, newborn baby, three dogs and a burgeoning backyard victory garden.
