Call for Evaluation Proposals

Request for proposals

ELP Program Evaluation

Due to the generous funding of the William Penn Foundation, the Environmental Leadership Program (ELP) is excited to annouce a call for proposals for an external evaluation of our Eastern Regional and Delaware River Watershed Networks.

The Environmental Leadership Program requests that the consultant establish, in collaboration with ELP staff, a formal process for identifying outcomes consistent with our mission, and a system for data collection and analysis. This process will primarily focus on identifying and evaluating outcomes for the Eastern Regional and the Delaware River Watershed Network Fellowship Programs and, where possible, will articulate how we can use these or other outcomes and data collection approaches to evaluate the impact of our other fellowship programs.

A competitive proposal will include a vision for how the consultant will collaborate with ELP to develop outcomes, the processes they will use to finalize them, and what tools they imagine would work well for this project. The proposal will identify consistent outcomes across programs that can be easily and effectively measured using quantitative and/or qualitative measures (a mix of both preferred).
