Taneshia Nash Laird is a civic-minded leader and cultural strategist working at the intersection of equity, preservation, and power. As Executive Director of Project REAP, founder of Thrive Tide Partners, and Associate Professor at Berklee College of Music, she creates pathways to leadership for historically excluded voices across real estate, the arts, and civic life.

An alumna of ELP’s 2008 Eastern Regional Network, Taneshia brings a lens to social change rooted in the belief that cultural preservation can drive economic justice. Her CultureCore Blueprint helps communities leverage culture for inclusive growth and intergenerational impact.

Throughout her career, she has raised over $25 million for mission-driven initiatives, led historic turnarounds, such as those at Newark Symphony Hall, and mentored emerging leaders across various sectors. Her work champions:
