Clara is the team lead for the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Team at the District of Columbia's Department of Energy and Environment where she provides compliance assistance to municipal and private operations on local and federal stormwater-related regulations, especially the Clean Water Act. She received her undergraduate from Lewis & Clark College with majors in Biology and Environmental Studies and her masters degree from the Graduate Group in Ecology at the University of California Davis.
