Cynthia currently serves as in-house counsel at National Grid, where she advises on regulatory issues including utility-run energy efficiency programs and other aspects of the energy transition.
She began her career as an Honors Attorney Fellow at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 1 office in Boston. As as a Staff Attorney at the Conservation Law Foundation, Cynthia partnered with organizations throughout Massachusetts on litigation and policy advocacy to protect the state’s waterways and adjacent communities.
