Grey Lee is a seasoned sustainability professional having worked for over 25 years in the green building and healthy workplace industry. He is the Director of Impact Investment for the progressive regenerative real estate developer Civekos Coliving, based in Boston MA, bringing full-spectrum capital to enable neighborhoods to thrive with new residential living formats. He consults/executive coaches commercial real estate service operators on how to pursue healthy building strategies. Grey Lee is the former Executive Director of the US Green Building Council for Massachusetts and is the course designer and instructor for Harvard Extension School's "Green Buildings, Urban Resilience, & Sustainability in Communities" graduate course.

Grey Lee holds an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School and a MSc. in Real Estate Economics & Finance from the London School of Economics. He is a past president of the Student Government of the University of Vermont, where he earned a bachelor’s in Environmental Studies (cum laude). He also holds a graduate certificate in sustainable design from the Boston Architectural College.
Grey Lee is LEED, WELL, & Living Future Accredited. He speaks Portuguese & French and does a fair bit of guitar pickin', when not hiking, skiing, or kayaking with his Green Building Mountaineering Club crew. He lives with his son Peregrine and a cat named Rebellion, or Rebby for short.
