Kimberly Coletti is Save the Children's Director of Fundraising Best Practices and Innovation. She is responsible for developing and implementing policies and protocols to ensure Save the Children's approach to fundraising is cutting-edge and donor-centric. She also evaluate and develop pilot programs for innovation in fundraising such as new products, new ways of working, and creative partnerships. She is the division's knowledge management leader, coordinating across the agency to ensure easy access to current information from all Save the Children US divisions and Save the Children International. Previously, she project managed Earthwatch Institute's new products from inception to pilot phase implementation across Asia-Pacific, Latin America, North America, Europe and the Middle East. Prior to this, She was Earthwatch's Regional Program Manager for the HSBC Climate Partnership in North and Latin America. The HSBC Climate Partnership was a five-year collaboration between HSBC, The Climate Group, Earthwatch Institute, Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute and WWF has been working to reduce the impact of climate change on people, forests, freshwater and cities, and to accelerate the adoption of low-carbon policies.  These experiences have provided Kimberly a solid foundation and breadth of financial, environmental/sustainability, and international development knowledge. Most importantly, She is deeply committed to the nonprofit sector. She chose to pursue an advanced degree in Nonprofit Management because of aspirations of applying her interest in business alongside those of having a career aiding or within the nonprofit sector.   In addition, Kimberly has worked in both the nonprofit and private sector for United Planet, Suffolk University, Columbia Mutual Funds, and Merrill Lynch. Kimberly holds an MBA in Nonprofit Management from Suffolk University and a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Connecticut.
