Laura Fieselman is a writer, program manager, and educator working at the intersection of food, sustainability, and innovation in North Carolina. She currently manages the Social Innovation Initiative at UNC-Chapel Hill and has previously managed sustainability programs at small colleges and universities and co-founded Raleigh City Farm. Trained as an ethnographer, Fieselman also writes and does freelance fieldwork.
