I've been working in emergency management and climate resilience for close to a decade. Currently serving as a Lessons Learned & Continuous Improvement Program Advisor at FEMA Region 3, I lead data analysis, report writing, and knowledge management initiatives to proactively strengthen emergency preparedness and response capabilities. Consensus-building is my superpower - I get fulfillment from aligning teams on program improvement to better prepare communities for disasters. Beyond my day job, I stay actively engaged with environmental justice and climate resilience movement. I also enjoy trying new restaurants, reading, and finding time to move in playing a sport or any other creative kinetic form!
