I hold a B.S. in Psychology, an M.A. in Psychology, and an M.S. in Recreation Management & Policy in Adaptive Sports. I spent the first 20 years of my professional life in higher education research, supporting decision making by senior leadership within a college or university, which involved data retrieval, analysis, and visualization; presentations of my findings; program evaluation; and my specialty was in survey design, administration, and analysis. In 2019, I decided to make a complete career and life change. I then spent the next 3 years transitioning into a career in adaptive sports. I now work full time at Maine Adaptive Sports & Recreation based in Newry, ME, and am a part-time Nordic ski instructor and general team member in other seasons at Great Glen Trails in Gorham, NH.
