Ms. Katrina Tavanlar is a senior leader with more than 20 years of experience leading and providing strategic communications, change management, and organizational development capabilities for a diverse portfolio of projects with government, commercial, and non-profit clients. She has helped change and transform a variety of organizations including developing organizational capabilities, culture, and performance aimed at mission objectives. Ms. Tavanlar has worked in variety of mission ares including community resilience, sustainability, energy efficiency, and land use development. Katrina is actively working to enhance traditional environmental communications by leveraging organizational change management and social marketing techniques. She received a B.A. in Environmental Science from UC Berkeley and a M.C.P in Environmental Policy and Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. When found outside her office, Katrina is swimming, biking, and/or running.
