Regan Brooks lives in Anchorage, Alaska where she is co-founder and Executive Director of Story Works, a nonprofit supporting youth voices and connection in schools and beyond. Regan loves dogs, stories, birds, her family, and living in Anchorage.
She has worked as a science teacher, an environmental educator, a fry cook, an ornithological research assistant (identifying bird songs!), and a student (BA, Cornell University; MS, University of Vermont). She is thankful for her two creative and funny kids, wood stoves, and all the volunteers, teachers, students, and others who have made Story Works possible.
