Robin Eiseman is an Assistant Regional Counsel for EPA Region III's Office of Regional Counsel in Philadelphia where she represents the federal government in legal matters involving the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), including emergency response, remedial, and cost recovery actions. In 2003, Robin was selected for EPA Region III's two-year Vaccaro Fellowship. In the past, Robin has worked with Drinker Biddle & Reath's environmental practice group, The Honorable Leon J. Lombardi of the Massachusetts Land Court, the Department of Justice's Environmental Enforcement Section and the Natural Resources Defense Council. Prior to law school, Robin worked as an organizer for the Endangered Species Coalition and the State Public Interest Research Groups in the northeast and Colorado. Robin is co-counselor of the Delaware Valley Environmental Inn of Court and co-chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Environmental Law and Toxic Torts Committee. Robin received her J.D. and M.S.E.L. from Vermont Law School and her B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
