Stephanie Duncker is a digital strategist, freelance designer and consultant as well as Program Manager of the Startup PDX Challenge, a startup incubator for underrepresented founders. As Program Manager of the Startup PDX Challenge, Stephanie organizes trainings and activities for the companies in the incubator as well as the public at large. In addition to connecting the incubator startups to resource providers, she also provides them with design, communications and marketing assistance.  She's passionate about designing positive change in society, whether that be by increasing digital & economic access or promoting accessibility in design. 

Stephanie has her Masters in Philosophy from University of Memphis, with a concentration on philosophy of mind and philosophy of language. Prior to her position at the Startup PDX Challenge, Stephanie provided training and development for Squarespace, before moving out to Portland to help open their West Coast office.
