Christina Arlt, AICP, is a Senior Planner in the Office of Smart Growth at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC), the Metropolitan Planning Organization for the Greater Philadelphia region. She coordinates programs providing planning information and technical assistance to planners, community officials, and volunteers.  In her spare time, she chairs the Events Committee for APAPASE.  Between DVRPC work and APAPASE volunteering, she arranges dozens of events each year for planners. In the past, she has served on several other non-profit boards, including the Society of Women Environmental Professionals (SWEP) and Young Involved Philadelphia (YIP). In 2015, Christina helped Harford County, Maryland with their Green Infrastructure plan.  Christina is also an adjunct professor teaching a new generation of planners at the University of Pennsylvania School of Design.
