“Parts Of A Whole” is the infrastructure in which ELP is telling the stories of its community. ELP’s ecosphere is made up of several different communities across the environmental field, and in an attempt to create a full and holistic narrative we have created the series “Parts Of A Whole”. “Parts Of A Whole” seeks to expand the narrative surrounding the environmental field by deconstructing and exploring the works of fellows, categorically and intersectionally. Our first installment of this series highlights those who work in Environmental Justice, which involves Food Justice, housing, conservation, transportation and more.

This exploration is to make these concepts more accessible to those who do not necessarily work within these particular intersections or “work” in the environmental field at all. Parts Of A Whole is grounded in storytelling, accessibility, defining and demystifying, and collective consciousness.

This infrastructure was created by Mechiya Jamison, to learn more about this work check out her Linkedin and/or email her at Mechiya@elpnet.org
