The Roger Arliner Young (RAY) Fellowship Program aims to increase and facilitate conservation, clean energy efficiency, and renewable energy-related career pathways for emerging leaders of color. The RAY Program Manager will support other program managers delivering monthly IDEAL (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access, Liberation) training. The manager is also responsible for grant prospecting, developing partnership models to grow the RAY Fellowship, and collaborating with the RAY team to implement program strategy.
