Eliza is currently the Community Manager at Sea to Table, a disruptor in the seafood industry offering domestic and traceable wild-caught seafood to professional chefs and home cooks nationwide. She managed the launch of Sea to Table's e-commerce platform in early 2017 and continues to oversee the department’s success, from product sourcing and order fulfillment to marketing strategy and customer service. Eliza also organizes team-building activities as well as personnel and technology transitions. Prior to Sea to Table, Eliza worked in project management for OXO, Potomac Riverkeeper, and NOAA's Social Sciences Branch. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in anthropology and art history from American University in Washington, D.C. In her spare time, Eliza enjoys cooking, crafting, hiking with friends, and visiting her family in southern Rhode Island.
