I graduated from Drew University in 2015 with a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Sustainability, with minors in Anthropology and Biology. I spent my first 6 months after college working for the New York-New Jersey Trail Conference, where I worked on their Invasive Strike Force. I left NYNJTC for a position at the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, where I was an Enforcement Manager within the Site Remediation Program. I quickly found out that this program was not for me, at which point I applied for and was offered the Camden Land Steward position at my current employer, the New Jersey Conservation Foundation. I was recently promoted to Urban Parks Manager, which has not only given me additional freedoms and responsibilities in Camden, but has allowed me to begin thinking about how I may be helpful in other NJ cities as well.
I have two nephews and two cats, all of whom bring me so much joy. On most weekends, you'll find me hiking, camping, snowboarding, or seeing live music with friends.
