Catherine Magliocchetti is with EPA Region III's Office of Drinking Water and Source Water Protection. She is the Source Water Program Manager for Delaware and West Virginia, works with with the Pittsburgh-based River Alert Information Network (RAIN), the Potomac Drinking Water Source Protection Partnership (DWSPP), and is the EPA Region III lead for Wellhead Protection and Private Well issues. Formerly, she worked with EPA's Air Protection Division, as a mobile sources expert and clean diesel grants manager. She is a member of EPA Region III's Response Support Corp's Water Support Team and a Penn State Certified Master Well Owner in Bucks County, where she lives with her husband and their three children. In January 2018, Catherine deployed as an EPA Responder to St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands in response to Hurricane Maria. She is an active member of her local Environmental Advisory Council, an avid user of the Delaware River and a soccer coach. Catherine has a Master of Science in Environmental Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering, both from the University of Pennsylvania.
