Tafadzwa Gwitira has worked in health and human services for twenty years. She is a Certified Public Manager in Non-Profit, Federal and State. Her work is centered on equity in community engagement, community building strategies, human rights, sustainable development and public policy. Tafadzwa has been honored as a community advocate in her work to represent vulnerable populations at the White House and before the United Nations. She comes from a family of farmers, is a farmer, and believes in restoring communities to each other, through restoring the earth. Originally from Zimbabwe, she speaks five languages, and is proud to call Baltimore home.
