Rocci is the Director of Conservation for the Adirondack Council based in northern New York and is responsible for the design, implementation, and leadership of the Council's statewide conservation program. Primary duties focus on public land-use planning, natural resource management, and environmental policy within the six-million acre Adirondack Park.  Rocci completed a MS in Resource Management and Conservation from Antioch University New England in 2012. His 25 years in conservation work includes years working as a ranger with the National Park Service and U.S. Forest Service, field staff with Trout Unlimited, and directing land protection efforts for a number of land trusts before joining the Council in 2013. Rocci is also a board member of the LTA accredited Catskill Center for Conservation and Development and serves as the chair of the Land Trust and Stewardship committee.
