Tracy has twenty plus years of combined experience in the private, government and not-for-profit sectors. Her focus has been on developing equitable communities of opportunity. Currently, she is developing a non-profit dedicated to environmentally healthy homes and communities titled: Healthy Smart Homes, Inc.,

She currently is Director / Chief Diversity Officer for the Commonwealth of MA, Department of Developmental Services (DDS). DDS has 6000 employees throughout the Commonwealth and serves 37000 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 

For twelve years, She was a Principal Consultant/Master Trainer for Wings That Soar. She developed: 1) effective strategic plans, 2) workforce development training modules, e.g. Diversity, Communication, Equal Opportunity, 3) equal opportunity investigations, 4) alternative dispute resolutions.

Tracy served as Executive Director of the Housing Center of Greater Boston. As Executive Director. She worked closely with government agencies, community groups, and equal opportunity advocates to create communities of opportunities.

She also served as state-wide Fair Housing Investigations Manager for the Washington State Human Rights Commission and was liaison to the U.S Department of Fair Housing & Enforcement Office (Region X). 

She graduated with honors from Tufts University with a Masters in Public Policy in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning. Her focus is Sustainability, Environmental Health and Justice.

Tracy also graduated with honors from Seattle University, with an Executive Masters in Leadership/Management. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from University of Washington. 

She currently serve as a Board Member of Home Efficiency Energy Team. In 2014, Tracy was elected a delegate to state convention to cast her vote to nominate the governor, lieutenant governor, state attorney general, auditor, and treasurer.

She was born and raised in Seattle, Washington and has made Massachusetts her home.
