A few personal things about me: At this point, I have split my entire life between the east and west coasts of the US, with some beautiful mountains in the almost-middle. I am at my best when I am at complete peace, which is tough these days considering the state of our nation and world. I rely on humor to keep me moving, and silence when I need to recharge. I am affectionate, in love with my family, and very grateful to always have my needs met.
On the professional tip: I facilitate sustainable project development at George Washington University, where I have been the last 2+ years. Prior to my life here, I spent the previous decade in Portland, OR doing the sustainability dance for local government and higher ed. The decade before that, I was in the Wasatch Mountains of Salt Lake City, thriving in the snow and desert. Jill of all trades, master of none, my preference is to dedicate my time and energy devising strategies to bring social equity to the lives of the people of my birthplace: DC. I have a long way to go, but I'm surrounded by brilliance and bridges. Hope abides.
