I have a diverse educational background in the areas of management, organizational behavior, marketing, economics, sustainable enterprise, climate change, sustainable development, renewable energy, environmental non-profit organizations, and environmental law and policy. I continue to increase my leadership capacity and effectiveness in collaboration. I have worked within a diverse group of organizations, from small (25 employees) to large private firms (national, publicly traded) and also within non-profit organizations (10-50 employees). My professional experience has largely consisted of multi-stakeholder collaboration, including public officials, private enterprises, non-profits, workforce development agencies, academic professionals, engineers, scientists, sub-contractors, and clients.

My involvement with a collaborative non-profit, aimed at bringing together academic research and enterprise, has enabled me to gain valuable experience with the intersection of research and development, adoption, and implementation of renewable technologies and sustainable practices/processes.

Due to my interest in green building and sustainable enterprise I have become a green building professional (LEED Green Associate) and have attained a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Sustainable Enterprise (CASSE). I am committed to continue my personal and professional development in strategic areas.

Outside of work I incorporate my values by volunteering with worthy organizations like Habitat For Humanity, M.K. Gandhi Institute for Non-Violence, Onondaga County Resource Recovery Agency and St. Jude's Children Hospital. In addition, I practice personal health and fitness, while also being a sports fan. I enjoy hiking, snowboarding, camping, mountain bike riding, and running. When I'm not working, volunteering, or enjoying the outdoors, I take a rest watching biographies, documentaries, and many different sports, including hockey, soccer, and college basketball, especially Syracuse.
