Jaclyn Rhoads is assistant executive director at the Pinelands Preservation Alliance. She received her Ph.D in environmental policy from Drexel University and currently teaches an environmental policy course at the same institution. Previously, she was vice president of the Green Building Division at Edifice Rx, a consulting firm specializing in indoor environmental quality, green buildings, and environmental psychology. Jaclyn is president of the board for Darby Creek Valley Association and is a member of Norwood's environmental advisory council. She is founder of a citizens group in Delaware County, Delco's Concerned Citizens for Environmental Change which organizes an annual environmental summit every year at the John Heinz Wildlife Refuge.
