For more than 15 years, Jennifer has been advising and problem solving with clients to reach their goals. She’s been an attorney with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and a Brookings Fellow on Capitol Hill. She teaches International Environmental Law and Policy through Virginia Tech. A strong advocate of community service and involvement, Jennifer has taken leadership roles with local and national non-profit organizations, founded a pro bono initiative at EPA to provide legal services to underprivileged communities in the DC area, and founded one of the largest women’s cycling clubs in the southeast. Wanting to have an even greater impact in the field of sustainability and helping others succeed, Jennifer started her coaching business for environmental and sustainability professionals: J. Wills Career Coaching.
Jennifer has a juris doctor from the University of Kentucky, a master’s in Leadership for Sustainability from Virginia Tech and a bachelor’s in Biology from the University of Louisville.
