I worked in the international development sector for more than seven years, leading business development, trade certification and operations for a variety of non-profits and for-profits including: SeeYourImpact, Fair Trade USA, Global Exchange and the Foundation for Sustainable Development. I received an MBA in Sustainable Business from Pinchot University (formerly known as Bainbridge Graduate Institute) in 2013. When I got my life back after graduate school and recognized the potency of spirituality in my life, my career took a significant and meaningful turn when I happened upon Ayurveda and quickly dove into a year long Ayurvedic Wellness Counseling certificate from Kerala Ayurveda Academy, which I recently completed.
I am currently an individual wellness counselor and organizational development consultant applying the lens of Ayurveda and work with individuals, businesses and communities to optimize health and wellness. I am the founder of Naturefy, a business that guides individuals and companies to understand and come into harmony with their true nature and the natural world to support mindful and authentic development using the ancient science of Ayurveda.
I live in Seattle and love getting outside as much as possible, as well as I have a passion for running, hiking, playing soccer, salsaing, meditating, spirituality, art, and sharing good food and conversation with friends and family.
